The Battle Lab, LLC is an Arizona Limited Liability Company, founded in 2020. Our website can be found at https://battlelab.us. In this policy, The Battle Lab, LLC is referred to as “we” and “us” in the first person.

What Personal Information & Data We Collect, And Why
We collect information about you during the signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us. This information helps us better serve you, and helps to create a safer and more secure online experience for not only you, but us and all of our members.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide your name and email address. We will also collect some basic information, such as your IP address. We’ll use this information for purposes such as:

- Completing a purchase of an item, course or subscription
- To manage your account and daily activities on our platform
- Create your membership
- Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders
- To perform a contract with you
- Tracking and usage to facilitate the services and content we provide for you to consume
We store information about you for as long as your account with us exists. We also store course progress (for online learning) information such as courses taken, completed and the like. Additionally, we will store content you provide to the platform, such as posts, comments, media and other information you provide or enter into any form or interactive component of our platform.
Who On Our Team Has Access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, the site owner/administrators can access:
- Order information, such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates/amounts, username and email address
- Online learning information such as course progress, completion, and other learning statistics
What We Share With Others
We share information with third parties who help us provide additional content, contact and processing services to you. While this information sharing is possible, it may not be applicable at all times.
We will also share the information you provide to process payments, with our payment processing gateways, Stripe & Patreon.

As a side note, as seen above, we do not collect your banking information, such as account numbers, card numbers, etc. We only retain the payment details surrounding the transaction.

How Long We Retain Your Data
Your account information, including the information you provide by using our platform and services, will be retained for as long as your account with us exists. Information collected by our third party information processing providers and payment gateways may be retained longer, per their terms and privacy policies.
We will also retain any data for any required amount of time to comply with any legal regulations, in accordance with the law.
Our members can update, modify or delete their existing account information and the content the provide through our platform at any time. This is done by logging in to our website with your account credentials, and navigating to your account link. From there, you can download and or delete your information. Please note that information stored on third party platforms, such as Stripe or Patreon will remain. Visit their websites for information on how to remove your information from their servers, as we do not have control over that.
Payment details and subscription information is retained indefinitely, however, may be deleted in due course of data cleanup, and purging of data that is over 5 years old on an as-needed basis. Once a user deletes their account, the payment details and associated information are no longer tied to a specific account.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18 (“children” or “minors”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our platforms.
